The following prices are based on 4 guests renting the house as a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom. Each additional guest will be charged at £35/week low season and £50/week high season.

Should a party of 4 or 5 guests wish to rent the entire house, ie. 3-bedroom,
2-bathroom, there would be a small additional charge to cover extra cleaning costs.

January – December £350 per week (low season)

Exceptions:

  • Easter £400 per week (high season)

  • July & August £400 per week (high season)

  • Xmas & New Year £450 per week (high season)

Our Property Managers are available 24/7 in case of any problems, or if you simply need help or advice on how to get the most out of your holiday.

Travel cot and highchair are available at no additional cost. Buggies can also be hired locally if required.

We can arrange for transfer to and from the airport and we can provide welcome packs upon arrival. Please contact for further information.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is also requested with your final balance, which will be returned to you within a week of vacating the property, assuming there are no damages.
